Meeting beforehand not only allows us to build trust and calm any worries you may have, but it’s also a great way to ensure your child has the most positive experience possible. Check-ins: These ensure parents are updated with how their child is going and can have peace of mind that their little angel is in good hands. These texts may include settling, sleep times, meal times, and anything else of importance mentioned beforehand in the pre-booking chat.
