Jen was great with our ten month old son. She was early so we had enough time to brief her about our sons routine, food etc. she also let me know how the day went, what they did, what he ate, his nappy changed and his nap times at the end of the day. Jen was lovely to deal with and our son warmed up to her straight away. I would highly recommend Jen.
